EFM serves as an NJ Catholic School cleaning provider for primary and secondary Catholic schools throughout the state. EFM provides day porters, nightly teams, and summer deep cleans for New Jersey Catholic schools. We are a full-service janitorial partner that works around Mass, athletics, parish events, and after-hours programs without disruption.

Our operation centers on a dedicated school team with trained backups. Staff are state background-checked and VIRTUS-trained. We offer full daytime custodian/porter services while nightly teams handle detail work for next-day readiness. Communication runs daily with the school’s lead custodian, and our management staff conducts monthly inspections by area managers.
Health and safety are built in. We use a color-coded microfiber system to prevent cross-contamination—red for restrooms and sanitary fixtures, green for classrooms and desktops, and blue for glass and general areas—along with HEPA backpack vacuums, closed-loop dilution control, and bloodborne-pathogen training with incident SOPs.
Floors are maintained for longevity with daily sweep/mop/auto-scrub, scheduled VCT strip and refinish during breaks, periodic burnishing, gym floor scrubs and recoats by plan, and carpet vacuuming and spotting with periodic extraction.
Project work is scheduled to your calendar, including summer deep cleans and classroom resets, interior and exterior window cleaning on a set program, high-dusting and entrance detailing, and restroom deep cleans with scrubbing.
For procurement, EFM works with large national suppliers and offers chemical lines such as 3M, National Chemical Laboratories (NCL), and Betco. We also provide discounted sale of paper, plastic, and soap (PPS) consumables and inventory control for those items.
